Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes.

Do you have caregivers with nursing or medical backgrounds?
Yes.

Are your caregivers reliable?
Yes they are reliable. They are not only experienced and trained, they undergo a multiple interviews before they are hired, so we are comfortable to say they are very reliable .

Do you get paid hourly or daily?
Both. We have hourly services and live-in services.

Do you have caregivers that can handle Dementia cases?
Yes. Most of our cases as a matter of fact are Dementia or memory loss cases.

Do you have relievers for your caregivers on live-in or 24 hour duty?
Yes. We want to make sure that the caregivers are well rested and therefore alert when they are on duty, so we have relievers for them on schedule.

Do you handle Long Term Insurance claims?
Yes. With the policyholders authorization we can contact and initiate your claim with your insurance carrier. The policy holder would normally receive the benefits from the insurance carrier or he/she can authorize direct payments to us.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We normally require a weeks worth of refundable deposit. The deposit can also be applied to pay the last week of service upon termination.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Visa and Mastercard.

How often do you bill?
We bill every Monday of the week unless a prior arrangement is made. We either email the statement or mail it to you or the designated responsible party.
